A short look at my path in 3D graphics: motion design, projects, working approach, and the visual style I continue to develop.
My name is Yuri. I have been working in motion design since 2013, creating promo videos, cinematics, explainers, and 3D animation. For me, it is not only about a beautiful image, but also about the idea, rhythm, atmosphere, details, and clear production logic. In my work, I combine motion design, 3D graphics, and visual storytelling. My main pipeline is built around Cinema 4D, Blender, and After Effects, with additional tools added depending on the task.
I have always enjoyed creating large-scale and detailed worlds. For me, it is important to find strong visual ideas, build rhythm, and work carefully with light, camera, and materials.
This is, basically, my website: a portfolio, a blog, a store, and a little bit of creative chaos. Most of my work is client projects, but in my personal time I experiment, test new approaches, sometimes build websites — like this one — and share useful findings in the Blog. I am also gradually collecting selected materials, footage, and 3D assets in the Shop.
Motion design, advertising, and image-driven videos: 3D/2D graphics, visual metaphors, editing rhythm, typography, and final sound — so the product is easy to read and looks more polished.
Short visual stories: scene, characters, atmosphere, camera, light, materials, simulations, and editing. Here, it is not only about a beautiful frame, but also about the feeling of a small film.
Explainer videos for products, services, and processes: structure, script logic, UI graphics, 3D schemes, simple visual transitions, and a clear pace.
Intros, logo animation, and short branded openings for YouTube, presentations, events, and episodic content. They quickly set the style and tone.
Music, SFX, accents, transitions, and atmosphere. Sound helps a video feel physical: the motion starts to be felt, not just seen on the screen.
