I created this 3D promo video for FUNPAY around the launch of Amazon’s MMORPG New World. The idea was built around a pain familiar to genre players: endless resource farming, grinding, and the feeling that progress in the game takes too much real time.
In the video, I showed a teenager’s room in two versions — tense and calm. The first one conveys fatigue from the in-game routine: a dark mood, visual chaos, and the pressure of constant farming. The second works as a contrast: a cleaner, lighter, and calmer space where FUNPAY becomes a simple solution to a gaming problem.
The main challenge was to keep the balance between the advertising message and a living story. So I focused on the 3D environment, light, room details, and the visual contrast between two states — so the video would tell not only about the service, but also about a familiar feeling for any MMORPG player.
