Dion is one of the most recognizable and beloved locations in Lineage II. For many players, it is not just a village on the map, but a place with a special atmosphere: warm light, medieval houses, a town square, character movement, and the feeling of a living game world.
I created this 3D cinematic as a careful reimagining of Dion. I wanted to preserve the recognizability of the original location, but show it in a more modern and cinematic form — with a living scene, characters, frame depth, and attention to mood.
The video begins with the feeling of a peaceful village, but gradually leads the viewer into a darker and more tense story. This contrast is what makes Dion not just a beautiful background, but a place where events are truly unfolding.
